everything is great much better service then the local cable.

The dish installer came to my home and said he could not get a signal . He told me I should get a refund of the $49.99 I paid. As if now my request for dish has cost $49.99 for nothing. I am completely disgusted with dish network and will stay with Charter Spectrum.

I was promised a large button remote, I'm a senior with vision issues and the small button remote is impossible to use. I was told I could get a large button remote but installer said that was not available.

Service has been great. But, was locked in for $79 and my first bill is $96.. Why?

I'm enjoying Dish because it has all of the channels that I have been looking for, never enjoyed television better!!!

Do not get this services, customer services are not appropriated training to tell you the true about their services. I got Dish only for 8 days. I was not happy with the services call customer for cancellation, now they are charging me $400.+ for each services internet and $400. for cable for cancellation fees. I do not may pay cancellation fees but to pay $921. for cancel that is ridiculous. We should go to court to stop the Dish Scam with customers.
