The worst customer service out of all cell phone companies. I asked for a supervisor and I was told unless I had a us cellular account, they would not speak to me. We'll I will never be a US cellular customer after that incidence.

I have been a U.S. Cellular customer because I expected dependable, reliable wireless service. In my experience, the quality of that service has declined significantly since U.S. Cellular began integrating with T-Mobile. What I once considered a dependable network has become frustratingly inconsistent. This is not based solely on my own experience. A Best Buy Geek Squad employee told me that, in his opinion, U.S. Cellular's service has become poor since the T-Mobile integration. In addition, two of my supervisors have independently expressed the same opinion, stating that the service has become noticeably worse since T-Mobile joined the network. Consumers enter into wireless service agreements with the reasonable expectation that they will receive reliable cellular coverage and service consistent with what is advertised and promised. When service quality substantially deteriorates, customers have every right to question whether they are receiving the value for which they continue to pay each month. U.S. Cellular's first obligation should be to the customers who have faithfully supported the company for years. Instead, many long-time customers feel as though their concerns have taken a back seat while network changes have negatively affected the quality of service. Thank you, U.S. Cellular, for reminding your loyal customers where your priorities appear to be. Based on my experience, customer satisfaction no longer seems to be at the center of your business decisions. If enough customers have experienced similar declines in service, I believe they should consult with a qualified attorney to determine whether any legal remedies or collective action may be appropriate. Ultimately, that determination should be based on the facts and applicable law. I sincerely hope U.S. Cellular acknowledges these concerns, investigates them thoroughly, and restores the reliable service that customers have every reason to expect.

T mobile. Worst service ever, loss of connection where I used to have no problems. Very poor customer service instead of help bill just keep going up any offer from previous call gets removed. I will be looking for a new provider. I was with US CELLULAR over 30 years never had issues like this and it's only 2 months since we were forced to switch

My friend died in prison, he was on my US CELLULAR plan. They wanted a death certificate before they would shut the service off even though I paid the phone off. This company truly sucks. T-Mobile is no better. Stay with trusted companies.

Was with us cellular for neare29 years…up until the last month had the best service in rural Wisconsin of anyone I know…after being acquired by T-Mobile I would have expected an improvement not complete loss of service…but that’s what I got 🤬. Can’t even access the network in town…my phone works on WIFI only now😞

Ever since they switched to T mobile the service has been horrible all together

I have to give this company a star to post, I moved out of state and switched carriers to what my husband uses. I had a final bill and so I tried every available route I could possibly to pay, and could not get anywhere. It is a shame and should be illegal that they do not offer former customers an easily accessible way to pay a final bill All they have to do is create a link. That's it. Anyway, TMOBILE better be better to their colustomers, both former and current. I'm not surprised USCELLULAR is becoming a thing of the past. lol I love it actually!!!! I ended up sending a cashiers check. I hope it's accepted because if I'm sent to collections after all this there will ne hell to pay.

An automatic payment came out of my account on March 2nd, on March 20th I canceled , as I found a much more reasonable plan elsewhere. I paid a " special" $300.00 more. For several months they e- mailed me with a monthly bill that was overdue. It ended up on my credit report and costed another $142.00 to get them off my back. Total scam. Rip off. No wonder their stock tanks !
