Everyone was helpful and efficient.

I am very happy to have the documents of our service dog so that our daughter can be with him. Thus, he provides the support that she needs in her difficult moments. It was a pleasant experience since we do not have to disclose the condition and need for the service that is required. We really like the attention to his privacy and also how fast and easy the process was.

Everything was good but I need another copy of my card sent to my email

It was exactly what we needed. I got it for my wife who suffers from anxiety and finds the comfort from our little one kalua. This makes it so much more helpful for her to be able to take her anywhere. Thank you
