The company kept me in the loop through the whole process and I received everything I was suppose to.

Always easy to purchase from USA service dogs. Products are decently priced and fit well. The small is a tad larger than expected but better than too small.

All the 5 star reviews you see are from their survey which just asks how the customer service is, not the product. However.. these certificates are not legitimate and will not hold up in a court of law or seen valid by authorities. It seems counterproductive that a company wants to have people pay them for non-legitimate certificates that can cause the consumer a SEVERE fine + arrest by the state
