Table poorly designed and defective causing awful ball bounce. I reported issue to cornilleau customer service the day after I received the table and assembled it, sent video of the issue the second day after I received it as they requested, and yet they said that it was not defective nor had a design flaw. They refused to issue a full refund. They told me that they could refund only $100. Honestly, if you're looking to buy a table look for other brands and learn about their return policy in case of defective products. I should've chosen Stiga or Joola and buy from academy or amazon, less expensive and judging by the videos shown on youtube they are better quality and bounce. Cornilleau's 10 year warranty means nothing, if you have an issue like mine most probably you're going to end up stuck with a bad table. Please learn from my mistake and do yourself a favor, look for other brand.

We appreciate reading your comments and that we had an opportunity to discuss your purchase with you directly via phone. Cornilleau manufactures outdoor tables with top thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 9mm. Rebound quality is the major component of the playing experience, along with spin response. The thickness of the playing surface has a direct correlation to the height of the rebound and therefore the quality of the bounce. If your play is recreational a thinner surface may be okay. If you are competitive at all it is best to purchase a table with a thicker surface. The bounce performance does not indicate a defect or design flaw it is simply the level of performance based on the top thickness of the table. Cornilleau has chosen a laminate material to construct the outdoor surface that allows the table to be both weatherproof and offer a good bounce. The frame is manufactured with galvanized steel with some resin parts also making is weatherproof and durable. The assembly is done with many locking nuts to resist loosening, allowing the frame to be stable. An outdoor table will have a duller bounce compared to an indoor table, so investing in the thickest top a budget will permit, is recommended to get the best bounce from the purchase of an outdoor table. The stability of the frame coupled with the thickness of the top will is what will determine the bounce quality. We are confident in the Cornilleau products and hope you get some enjoyment from your purchase.

We are very pleased! The 600X Outdoor table came very promptly, was well packaged and survived some bumps in transit. The install was more time-consuming that advertised, but the video and directions were complete and very helpful. We had multiple guests using the table this past weekend, and it was great. We have liked how easily the table folds and unfolds! The ball-bounce quality and consistency is very good. The cover is good.
