Great product. Communication, not so..
I got exactly the rubber that I wanted, and fast. The cust service person was friendly and efficient. But: My technical question was redirected a colleague, the expert, twice. First, when she was unsure about my question, and then the next day when he didn't contact me the first time. Never heard from him. I took a chance and ordered because preferred to start learning the new rubber ASAP.

Thank you for your review. We are glad the product worked well and you are already learning. Competition products are generally more technical and all of us are not as versed. We try to respond as soon as possible and we are sorry this did not happen in your case.
