Great product and even better customer service. One side of the table was damaged in shipping. They sent a replacement very quickly and were very responsive. The table is awesome. Our family and friends love it.

We are happy you are enjoying the table and the resolution was seen as swift and satisfactory. We appreciate your business. Take care and stay well.
The outdoor table is very sturdy and high quality , the finish is very neat, worth the money. The customer service has been very helpful answering my questions very quickly. It has been fun playing table tennis with the entire family and would recommend everyone to consider this product if you are in the market for purchasing a table tennis table. The outdoor was on a discounted sale ($100) when i purchased it and made my decision of buying much easier.

It seems we re responding to two reviews so our comments may seem a bit off. We are happy you are finding the table a good quality and value. We are also glad to hear your whole family is enjoying the table, it is a great family activity. We appreciate your comment, in your other review, about including accessories. We have considered and tried this idea but found many customers like to select there own accessories. We will keep this idea in mind for future consideration. We hope you have a lot of enjoyment playing. Stay well.
Overall Rating for Cornilleau America is a FIVE SUPER-BIG Stars positive feedback! Online Sales and Customer Service was AMAZING and EXCELLENT!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly sales & service personnel. The 100S CROSSOVER OUTDOOR TABLE arrived well-packed and was easy to assemble. Had a little trouble with the partner delivery company (they only sent one man to unload and place the table in the garage which was a struggle for him). But all in all, we are delighted with the 100S CROSSOVER OUTDOOR TABLE, the instructions for assembly were clear, and the YouTube video assembly instructions were a real plus. That video is an excellently designed visual instruction with no verbal content needed)! - THANK YOU ALL, CORNILLEAU AMERICA!

Your Customer Support was fantastic! Darlene proactively contacted me to verify my order and the model of table that needed the new net I was ordering. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size net, and this proactive response to confirm the details of my order, saved me time and frustration from having to send it back. Thank you for the excellent customer support! My experience with the Cornilleau products and support has been excellent!
