The dumbest company. They sent a gift in two parts. The first part was a single stem that they were supposed to add to the bouquet I purchased. The bouquet arrived many days following the single stem. Then, their customer service reply to my telling them that I wasn't happy about the split delivery was clearly done by AI and wasn't helpful at all and no real response at all. I would never order from this company or recommend it to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for UPS shipping when I ordered because USPS does not deliver to my daughter’s address. The company sent it by USPS instead my order is being returned to sender. There is no phone number to call and I have been dealing with bots and emails with no satisfaction.

I just received my two latest orders and they are beautiful!!! I had placed my first order months earlier when stock was low but my daughter just loved what you all put together for her. Excellent customer support when I needed to change my order of roses. They are really beautiful and colors of cantaloupe, cream and light pink are very life like and ideal for someone with allergies who loves the idea of long lasting flowers. Marlene C
