Hello there, and thanks for your review! Our New gTLD Pre-Registration program lets customers express interest in new domain names. When a pre-registered domain name is close to launching, we notify the customer, and they can then choose whether they would like us to attempt to register it on their behalf once it is available. A pre-registration is not the same as a domain registration, nor is it a guarantee that we will successfully register the domain name, but many of our customers use our program to simplify the registration of an upcoming new domain they want to buy. You can read more about pre-registration here: https://help.uniteddomains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207215339-How-Domain-Pre-Registration-Works. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]. Thanks again for your feebdack! Best regards, Travis at UD

Hello Nelo, and thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience and we're happy to help resolve any confusion. Our records show that on January 4th you contacted the support team of United Domains AG, which is a separate company and registration service from ours. Our records also show that they forwarded your ticket to our team, and that one of our support team members replied to you the same day (January 4th). It may be possible that this reply ended up in your spam and junk filters. In any case, we did not hear back from you on this ticket, and we have no record of receiving any other tickets from your email address. We will of course be glad to assist you promptly with any questions you have. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team directly at [email protected], instead of the support team of United Domains AG. It will be our pleasure to help. Best regards, Travis at UD

Thank you for reaching out to us, Wesley. We recently corrected a brief and uninentional issue that led to our system attempting to place an authorization hold with an incorrect total for a corresponding purchase. You have absolutely not been charged for the incorrect total, since the issue only affected the amount our system attempted to hold before the charge was attempted. Nevertheless, this was done in error and we regret any inconvenience. A member of our support team has reached out with more details, and we invite you to stay in touch if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards, Travis at UD
