Almost lost my domain. payment was held, as usual, then returned without any warning that domain will expire. Domain expired and if I have not noticed it myself, just accidentally, the time frame to restore it would have lapsed and it would have been lost. No apology or compensation was given by the company. amateurs. avoid at all cost if you value your time and domains. Uniteddomains not only lost my trust, they simply broke ICANN rules that require notifying clients about domain expiry and that they can still restore it. Simply lousy and unprofessional. In process of transferring my domains elsewhere, since there are cheaper and, surely, more reliable registrars. Regarding your answer below: I know how to check spam folder and there was nothing there since no emails were sent (because I am getting emails from uniteddomains.com when you send them, but not when you are not sending them - I cannot get them). I contacted you about the problem already, as mentioned before. You are perfectly capable to share this info with your tech department yourselves. If you are not capable to do it - you should not be in business.

We send email notifications about any domain name that is on course to expire, so it may be possible one or more of these messages was mistakenly sent to your spam folder, but if you would care to contact us at [email protected] and leave your account number, we would appreciate a chance to check further into this case specifically and set things right however we can. I change my review grade from 1 to 3, the team made an extra mile to mask my email address from whois ( the reason why I get spammed). It's was a nice move but I would appreciate being warned in order to avoid my address to be shared in the first row.

Was able to reserve then purchase a domain very easily. Very user friendly site.

My domaintransfer worked nearly perfect. Two things I have missed. First, lots of mails regarding the transfer process but no mail when the domain actually shows up in my portfolio. Thats bad because from start there is no configuration whats happen with your mails sent to your domain. Second, the options for mails could be better. At least you need another provider to handle your mails.
