Price went way up and I wanted to know why. You never responded to my several emails. Went from $9.99 to $14.95 in one year.

Hi Mike, thanks for your feedback. We actually responded to all emails you sent on April 6th, 9th, and 10th. I apologize if you did not see those replies. A recent price adjustment of some domain extensions, the first we have done since our founding, was due to increased costs among other factors, and allows us keep our pricing both simple and transparent while continuing to let our customers access all additional features we offer at no additional cost. Absolutely quick. Would improve by proposing multiple languages. It's the beginning (few hours), so let's try it first and then tell if it's ok and efficient!
