Outstanding Customer Service if you ever have an issue. Extremely friendly, articulate and communicative. Shout out to Ana and Luz who really helped me. Great products, very good quality. App is simple to use. Aura helmet is great, durable, used for almost daily rides for a couple of years and still going strong. Lights that synchronise with the helmet and remote for indicators work really well. Light patterns on helmet and lights are customisable (I have my rear light and rear helmet light sweeping side to side like a Cylon eye in Battlestar Galactica or 'Kit' in Knight Rider!) Magnets keep lights completely securely in their mounts. Magnetic brim is and visor are well secured on helmet. With all this no driver can claim they have not seen me or my turning intentions on the road. It's also fun to have such gear and I get positive comments from some drivers (particularly taxi drivers) about being so well lit up! Well worth the investment!

The Sparky helmet is definitely the best buy option for your child, as it is comfortable, great-looking, and most importantly, offers great quality and safety, which is the most wanted feature for parents. My daughter loves it, using the ads to change her look with every ride. It's also worth mentioning that customer support is great and kind, quick in response, and effective in resolving any issues. A+++ recommended
