Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and sincerely regret that this situation has been so stressful for you. We would like to clarify the facts. We did honor our commitment: the replacement Aura A60 Pro was shipped on September 9, and you signed for the package on September 12. Our warehouse investigation confirms that the correct product was sent. However, the return has not been completed in accordance with our warranty policy, despite our requests. We remain willing to resolve this matter. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can review the return process and find a workable solution together. We value all our customers and are committed to providing reliable support. Best regards, ULTIMEA Support Team

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! 😊 We're absolutely thrilled to hear that your ULTIMEA Skywave X40 has impressed you beyond words — from the deep, powerful bass and up-firing drivers that make you feel like you're in the cockpit of Top Gun: Maverick, to the rear speakers that place you right in Bilbo Baggins' fireplace, and even the rose gold accents. 🤌🏾 Knowing that you haven't even pushed the volume past 30 yet and are already this blown away means the world to us. It's especially rewarding to know that setup was simple, everything paired well, and that you're enjoying both the remote and the app — with the app giving you the flexibility to customize sound profiles and make micro adjustments. We're glad the app has become your preferred remote! But what truly warms our hearts is your appreciation for our customer service team. Hearing that they were kind, patient, and responded almost instantly — often within minutes — and that you always felt valued, never like a number or a nuisance, is the highest compliment we could receive. Providing high-quality products along with excellent customer support is always our top priority, and your words inspire us to keep raising the bar. Thank you for choosing ULTIMEA and for sharing such a heartfelt, detailed experience. We truly appreciate your trust and support, and we're so glad to have you as part of the ULTIMEA family. We hope you continue enjoying your Skywave X40 for years to come! God bless you too! 🙏 Best regards, ULTIMEA Support Team
