1st class high end audio products. Their Hyperboom Bluetooth speaker is second to non. The best Bluetooth speaker on the planet! Absolutely amazing 1st class after sales care. A great company

My daughter purchased me at UE Boom 2 years ago, which prompted me to purchase a Megaboom. Several years later I purchased a UE Boom 3 and Megaboom 3. A few months ago I purchased another UE Boom 3 and Megaboom 3 which totaled 6 UE speakers. This past Father's Day my kids bought me a Hyperboom. That speaker blew away my other speakers hands down. I thoroughly endorse this product after years of using it. I am not always crazy about their app, especially since they Logitech for some unknow reason refuses to develop an app for computers. But I can't say enough about my UE Boom experience.

UE Megaboom 3 is a disappointment. In spite of the marketing on Ultimate Ears Website with terms such as "Way more boom" and "Thundering bass" and trying various equalizer settings on the Official App, the "Megaboom 3" Speaker objectively has less bass response (particularly lower end bass) and subjectively poorer sound quality (in terms of clarity and definition) than my old Ultimate Ears Boombox purchased in 2013. Given the disparity between the marketing claims, the online reviews -vs- my own experience. I can't help thinking that some of the glowing video reviews over the internet about the Megaboom 3 have possibly been paid for as part of possible astroturfing campaign. We will probably never know. The speaker has been returned to the retailer for a full refund. In the process, another customer over heard the conversation between me and the store rep only to affirm that he too was disappointed at the lack of bass and which he likewise returned as well (with another retailer). Unfortunately, due to the gravity of the situation, I'm in no position to consider nor recommend any UE branded products going forward and it has adversely affected my trust and regard toward the parent brand, Logitech.

I purchased a Megaboom 3 through Amazon that unfortunately failed after 3 weeks. Amazon less than helpful but Ultimate Ears responded within hours & sent a replacement speaker within weeks. Good, helpful, responsive service!
