Excellent customer service and communication. One thread was missing but the customer service was brilliant and sent a replacement very quickly. Would definitely order from here again

When ever I have ever run short of some thread, I emailed to have some extra sent, my request has always been dealt with quickly and with no issue.

Good quality fabric and threads. Pattern was damaged on receipt, but replaced on request. Delivery quite slow as sent from China, but good value for money.
