uk.tapestrymarket.comReviews of uk.tapestrymarket.com

I had a fairly large order, part of which I wanted for a birthday present. It says that they typically process orders in 2-3 days. When I queried where my order was, I was told that part of it was unavailable and do they withheld the whole order. Like another reviewer has commented, this company is disguising itself as a UK company when actually it receives its goods from China. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have ordered from them as I needed the order by a certain date. I have yet again contacted the company to see where my order is as it has now been over 2 weeks with no update on delivery. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using the company again.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the product I received. The cross-stitch kit I purchased was completely different from what was advertised. The colours did not match the final design, and the overall quality was significantly inferior. Despite raising these concerns, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They initially offered me only a partial refund, which I declined, as this was clearly false advertising. When I insisted on a full refund, they demanded I pay for the return shipping to China—a cost I should not have to bear for their mistake. After trying to resolve this issue, they stopped responding altogether, leaving me out of pocket for a product I cannot use. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

This website masquerades as a UK company but the products come from China, this is not stated. I ordered a cross stitch for a Xmas present and it did not arrive in time. When I did receive it, the items were thrown into a bag with a very unclear sheet of paper - not suitable for a gift, will not use this website again!

Very disappointed, I ordered a tapestry for my mum, she's 76 but loves cross stitch. The image isn't printed on the aida, there is a tiny picture of the image that I'm guessing she has to use to count the squares. Absolutely ridiculous, my eyes are fine and I'd find it impossible! Waste of my money.

Would NEVER use this company again. They sent the wrong item and won’t uplift and refund because it would cost them too much. I don’t want the item they sent but they are very unhelpful and obviously do not want to recompense. Would give them “0” rating if I could.
