I bought wireless earphones on ear, with abc. After one year on of switch on motherboard stopped working. Were very good,but lasted only one year . My wifes had the same . After 2 Years of ussage buzzling sound instead of active noice cancelation. And charge last max 1h ( was about 14h when new ) . Waist of money

Would give it zero if I could. Awful 'customer service' with robotic like assistance, useless corporate waffle and excruciatingly long waiting time for a futile, mediocre and careless response. I ordered a speaker about a month ago and recieved no communication on the status of my parcel, then reached out recently. The assistant I was referred to took ages to formulate the most generic jargon filled response that could have been 3 words maxim. I then waited two days for a useless response telling me that the time frame of contacting my courier has elapsed despite previous attempts. Definitely buy in store or support other companies and avoid JBL.

A rubber connection for my Tune 720BT headphones broke within the warranty. They were still working, but one earphone no longer stayed put over the ear. I tried to fix it with some glue, but it didn't work. I contacted the company who said that putting glue on the product voided the warranty. Despite asking two different agents where this is stated in the warranty, they couldn't. They also wouldn't listen to the point that the item broke before I tried to fix it, and the glue did not damage the item in any way. I found my interactions with them frustrating and borderline rude. Definitely avoid.

Can I just say: I think there may well be some confusion with websites here. There are two. One genuine. One scam. 1/ w.w.w jbluk .co.uk 👈 THAT IS THE SCAM 2/ w.w.w ukjbl .com 👈 They are LEGITIMATE. Quite why the official JBL didn't buy up a website URL beginning with jbl will forever mystify me. For instance, if I type argos into Google, one would expect the URL to show: w.w.w argos first. Not w.w.w uk argos etc etc So to be clear w.w.w jbluk .co.uk 👈 THAT IS THE SCAM Absolutely, unequivocally, 100%ly - SWERVE IT. And if you're unfortunate enough to buy on it, cancel your card with the bank and IMMEDIATELY change your email password you placed the order from - as so you don't get phished. As for the genuine JBL website 👉 uk.jbl.com 👈 They are superb.

After purchase read the comments and got a bit worried but no issues with my order at all. Came in few days, got a great discount and product is perfect. Would recommend!

As many other customers have pointed out, you get to the order confirmation page only to be told hours later that your order could not be processed. Tried with multiple cards and a friend had the same issue. Seems to be an issue with their payment providers or their website constantly cancelling orders.

No issues, really happy with this purchase, I was continuously updated, delivery onky took 2 days 😀, So happy with this purchase I bought the 310 Party speaker, absolute beast 😃 😊 Suprised there reviews are so low.
