The purchase was simple via their website coupled with a new member discount bonus. An email confirming purchase and delivery was promptly received. Although bought direct, delivery was via Amazon.

Ordered the 280Ah battery. Super fast delivery, received it within days of placing the order and delivered by Parcel Force. Impressed wit the battery, so much so I ordered another.

The hardware itself isn't too bad but the software ! Trying to connect up devices and the apps are useless "connection failed". China's supposed to be one of the world leaders in technology but you still can't beat the Japanese for QUALITY. Do better .

The solar panels 10/10 problem they state they are 195 watts 12 volts but when they arrive they are 20 volts , I have had to use parallel and series to fit my system , delivery problems not once but twice, communication shut down couldn’t make contact either email or there web link very disappointing for a green company .
