I order inverter Eco-Worthy 2000W Off Grid Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V and battery Eco-Worthy LiFePO4 12V 100A. I have not wire red and black to connect. I have essentially redundant item to make use In the absence of these correct wire It is useless item I have sent many email and not been resolved. do not buy from this company the after sale service is pathetic, they take your money and don’t give a toss. today sept 16 still not resoved

ordered a full installation 16 kw battery. organised for people to take delivery at our house for three days running all cancelled then told we do not have any fitters to install it and do not know when or if they will do it.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ive recommended ecoworthy to a friend and family member, both using their 24v lifepo4 batteries, the batteries have been faultless and running amazing. I've now ordered my own 12v ones and will continue to advocate. Don't use the amazon seller as they cancel orders after taking the sale. Direct is best

I ordered a Hall effect device in error, as I thought it came with the display. asked if I could pay the difference and was told that the display is not sold separately, and I would have to return the Hall effect unit and buy both together! They could not supply me with a prepaid return label, and I would have to pay return postage as I ordered in error. I sent it back unopened and got a refund via PayPal straight away, but not the postage! I did not buy a replacement set from them, as cheaper on Amazon with a full 30-day refund and free return postage. After reading the bad write-ups on Amazon about its workings as an electrical engineer, I realised that there was a design fault that could not be calibrated out that appeared to not show slow discharge of the batteries, giving a false reading of fully charged when in fact they were discharged. I think this was if people used a thin cable through the Hall effect device, giving a wrong reading when very low current was taken. Which I could not fully test or report on as I had not tested the unit myself. I did not buy a replacement from Amazon of any equipment from ECO-Worthy UK. I was thinking of buying batteries as well until I read write-ups! order #39995

Not impressed , batteries seem ok bluetooth app pathetic . Have 3 of these batteries 2 no longer show the actual ah just a made up figure On contacting ecoworthy was offered £30 refund which is a slap in the face for a £400 battery for 1 battery then another failed 300mah is now117 320mah is now 162 If just left to charge for a day they do seem to last 37116 order number obviously i tried all the items your customer service department suggested , and excepted the £30 as while annoying as mentioned in review the battery usage suggests still have full mah Now the 300mah one has done exactly the same suggesting i have 90mah full in an hour but if leave charging seems ok Strange but the 280mah is different type of casing and no issues Thankyou

Purchased 120w solar panel, controller x 2, 12v 50ah LifePO4 battery, and 600w off grid pure sine wave inverter. I am very happy with the quality of the products, and the very efficient shipping with all goods well packaged and safely received. Instructions are fairly basic, but all you need. I am using the 12v 50ah LifePO4 battery and controller paired with a 45w solar panel (purchased elsewhere) to power a 12v fridge freezer in my van camping set-up. The blue tooth battery app works really well - giving you real time info on charging status and battery condition - very impressed! I have installed the inverter and solar panel plus controller in my caravan, and having tested with connecting a TV and low wattage hairdryer - worked no problem. I decided not to permanently mount the solar panel to the caravan roof - and instead made support legs to position the panel on the ground outside when needed for off-grid pitches.

Everything was nice and smooth. Product is made well and works great.
