I ordered a Hall effect device in error, as I thought it came with the display. asked if I could pay the difference and was told that the display is not sold separately, and I would have to return the Hall effect unit and buy both together! They could not supply me with a prepaid return label, and I would have to pay return postage as I ordered in error. I sent it back unopened and got a refund via PayPal straight away, but not the postage! I did not buy a replacement set from them, as cheaper on Amazon with a full 30-day refund and free return postage. After reading the bad write-ups on Amazon about its workings as an electrical engineer, I realised that there was a design fault that could not be calibrated out that appeared to not show slow discharge of the batteries, giving a false reading of fully charged when in fact they were discharged. I think this was if people used a thin cable through the Hall effect device, giving a wrong reading when very low current was taken. Which I could not fully test or report on as I had not tested the unit myself. I did not buy a replacement from Amazon of any equipment from ECO-Worthy UK. I was thinking of buying batteries as well until I read write-ups! order #39995

I purchased a 280ah lithium battery, which so far is WONDERFUL. Also a 40a dc-dc charger with integrated mppt solar regulator. All worked well for about 3 weeks. After that the charger would still fully charge the battery on solar but then lock in. It did not recognise battery depletion & start accepting solar until the battery was unplugged & reconnected. So until I noticed via my shunt app the battery was not being charged at all. Communication of this to ecoworthy was frustrating at times. Several emails, lots of pictures & explaining. Had one offer of 40% off the price if I would keep the faulty charger. Not acceptable to me. I requested refund or replacement. They offered to replace. I’m still waiting 5 days later. I’m sure the first one arrived within two days! Well blow me down. New charger arrived today. Parcel a bit bashed but charger seems fine. It’s connect up & working now. I’ll have to wait to see if it’s solved the problem but fingers crossed.

The solar panels 10/10 problem they state they are 195 watts 12 volts but when they arrive they are 20 volts , I have had to use parallel and series to fit my system , delivery problems not once but twice, communication shut down couldn’t make contact either email or there web link very disappointing for a green company .

Delivery took a long time. Good product but very slow to arrive!

The products are excellent but the instructions for installation and operation of the monitor unit are , in some parts, difficult to interpret. Don't forget, we are all not electronic engineers .
