The customer service department with Ublins is superb. I had a difficult time with the payment system and wound up (all user error!) accidentally ordering three pairs of the same glasses. The customer service team responded to my frantic emails immediately and took care of refunding the two incorrectly ordered glasses, and they were so sweet about it. I absolutely adore the single pair of glasses that I got. The frame is super-cute and the prescription is perfect. I get compliments on them all the time!

I love my glasses. All 4 pairs. They are unique like me! The quality is great. The delay in processing was due to a frame out of stock. Communication was meh but once I emailed them, they responded very quickly. They upgraded my shipping for free due to the extended wait period. I received my glasses within 2 weeks of contacting them to ask about the delay. I would order from them again. I think they do a great job with my progressive lenses, great quality frames and great prices. Thank you!..xo
