Please note that since your prescription has the ADD, usually you need to choose 'progressive' or 'bifocal' as your prescription type. If you select single vision prescription type, you need to enter the corresponding prescription. If you need the glasses for reading, you should add the NV-ADD+1.50 to the SPH. Therefore, the prescription you entered in the order was for distance, not the reading prescription. And we made lenses according to the prescription you filled. About the issue, we emailed you the solution before, and we have been waiting for your response, then we will know how to do next.
