Britney was absolutely amazing! My fireplace remote was missing when I received my fireplace from Amazon. Amazon could not resolve the issue so I reached out to TURBRO myself and Britney listened and was so kind and I received my remote in days. Can’t say enough good about Britney and the kindness, knowledge that she showed during this process. Highly recommend, gorgeous fireplace! Thanks so much!!!

Britany, my customer service representative worked me through some troubleshooting steps when my portable ac stopped cooling. Explaining each step and its purpose. When none of those worked, she shipped out a new unit. She was very responsive and helpful and it was a good experience.

I had received a damaged product and after we got all the information verified and authenticated my purchase was immediately refunded as well as my expenditure to return item to factory. All people were courteous and friendly especially Wilson which means a lot to me as I am disabled and cannot use a phone

I purchased a fireplace from Turbro through Amazon. I reached out to customer service to get assistance with an issue I was having with the fireplace. They were very friendly and helped me address the issue. Great customer service. Which is hard to find now. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had a unit that stopped working. Contacted Turbro customer service and through a few emails my problem was resolved and I was issued a brand new unit with full guarantee on it. I received my new fireplace heater yesterday and so far am loving it. Britany the rep is a very professional asset to their company. I was treated with respect and am very pleased how my problem was handled. Would definitely recommend Turbro for your needs of their products.
