My children have not had bowel movements for 4 days since starting para haven and para binder formulas. Internet states that's a serious concern

My 5 year old daughter and I started taking Velvra yesterday for the 1st time and had no issues. My husband doesn't trust giving her this product but I told him it's safe trying it myself to prove it will only help her I'm praying.
