Sheena was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had not received my refill and, after not getting a clear answer as to what the status of the refill was, I was finally put in contact with Sheena. She was very polite, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She was able to finally provide me with a clear answer, and she followed up again this morning to let me know the pharmacy had finally received my refill request. She also shared that I would be getting an update from them with a tracking number soon. I truly appreciated her reliability, communication, and excellent customer service!

I’ve been using SHED for almost a year and I truly love the customer service. Elizabeth was great—she provided excellent support and was very kind. Quick responses, good products, and being able to use my HSA makes it even better.

It took me a long while trying to get the customer service number, so it became increasingly frustrating. However, once I was able to find it, I spoke with Abby and she was extremely helpful and understanding of my frustrations. She helped resolve the concerns I was having. She was professional, efficient and kind.
