Elijah called to welcome me back to Shed. He seemed knowledgeable in setting expectations. It’s not uncommon to wait longer than a week to see a provider in other settings. I work in healthcare and understand. However, I’m a little disappointed I could not get an appointment sooner than 2/17. Last time I tried She’d I did not have to meet with a provider to get started.

My welcome call went well. I learned of resources available to me and what to expect as I begin my medication/Shed Program. Michael was very kind, informative, and a joy to speak with.

Michael was very nice and informative during the phone call! While he was very nice I did get the sense he was reading from a script which I understand is a part of the job but in that case I would’ve just liked an email with that information. Once he was done with his information, he answered my questions very thoughtfully and detailed which I appreciated. Overall great phone call.
