when I realised I had plenty of product, I emailed Trynuvel asking for a temp hold on my subscription and they accommodated me. Wonderful service!

I was unsure about ordering at first because of a few reviews but i gave them a try anyways because i was very hopeful the nuvel drops would work. I got the first shipment no problem. The second shipment said delivered but couldn't be located at my post office. Customer service was wonderful and they refunded me for that missing shipment. My third shipment came with no issues while waiting for my refund. Great communication. Highly recommend. And if you actually read what you're ordering you would know that it is a subscription. Great company to deal with.

I didn't realize that I had signed up for the subscription and contacted customer support to tell them I didn't order it. They kindly explained that I signed up for it when I placed my original order. They offered to pause my subscription and a discount on my future subscription orders. They were very accommodating and helpful! Thank you!
