TrynuvelReviews of trynuvel.com

I am trying to get free from this subscription that I did not understand was a subscription because I ordered more than one of the B vitamins. I want out and Bank of America will not help me. I am so angry and frustrated. I have asked several times to cancel to no avail.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The products are no better than any old vitamins. They are outrageously expensive. Worse of all, they automatically sign up up for suscirptions and then make it next to impossible to cancel. I finally implored my bank to intervene on my behalf to stop these thieves! STAY CLEAR!

I changed my mind after buying this product, and contacted the company for a return/refund per their 90 day return policy. After several emails on cancellation details I received a cordial and responsive reply and a refund posted to my credit card almost immediately. Thankyou!

This company is a complete scam. It subscribed me to monthly shipments when I refused subscription as I know what a hassle it can be. Then sent 10 emails requesting confirmation my subscription ( that I did not subscribe to) and get the same generic AI response every time. " I'm not interested. Cancel my subscription. when I realised I had plenty of product, I emailed Trynuvel asking for a temp hold on my subscription and they accommodated me. Wonderful service!

I was unsure about ordering at first because of a few reviews but i gave them a try anyways because i was very hopeful the nuvel drops would work. I got the first shipment no problem. The second shipment said delivered but couldn't be located at my post office. Customer service was wonderful and they refunded me for that missing shipment. My third shipment came with no issues while waiting for my refund. Great communication. Highly recommend. And if you actually read what you're ordering you would know that it is a subscription. Great company to deal with.

I didn't realize that I had signed up for the subscription and contacted customer support to tell them I didn't order it. They kindly explained that I signed up for it when I placed my original order. They offered to pause my subscription and a discount on my future subscription orders. They were very accommodating and helpful! Thank you!

Fantastic product and fantastic price. I would definitely recommend this. Fast delivery and great customer service.
