My knee is improving after 12 days of use. Just wish it had a red light therpy with it.

Items arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. Product is functioning properly and appears to be performing as I expected. I have used it 4 times and am looking forward to trying more modes and intensities. Booklet offers a QR code for more information, but I don't know how to use that. Will be seeking answers to the one question I have through other means, perhaps a website.

To soon to tell but gives relief for a bit after using it. Will see if longer results after a month

First off, the device seems to actually be working, even though I've only been using it about a week. However, it's rather expensive, and took several weeks to deliver.

Although I have only been using the Cloudix product a little over a week, I am beginning to believe that it is helping my knee.

Took me awhile to get used to the buttons. It thought you set it for "X" minutes and it cycled through those "X" minutes for each button automatically. If you're a newby it doesn't say how long to begin with before you advance to the next level. Did miss reading the booklet?

Product does seem to reduce knee pain, but instructions are incomplete. Needs better description of massage modes. Some text in the manual applies to foot massager instead of knee product.

So far with treatment twice a day, I have experienced some reduction in knee pain . Plan to continue….
