About TrustOffice
TrustOffice is governance-first trust management software built for private trust trustees, family office managers, and trust attorneys who take fiduciary duty seriously. Founded in 2024 by Kenneth Kohler — a trustee who got tired of running his own trust with Word documents and email threads — TrustOffice replaces the scattered tools most trustees rely on with one platform designed specifically for trust administration. The platform combines AI-powered meeting minutes, 31 professional legal templates, bi-directional financial tracking, and a unified beneficiaries dashboard into a single system. The AI Guided Minutes wizard walks trustees through each meeting step-by-step, then generates professionally formatted legal documents complete with proper WHEREAS and RESOLVED clauses — what used to take 2-3 hours now takes about 5 minutes. The Minutes ↔ Money integration is the only platform feature that links meeting minutes directly to financial records, so every distribution, payment, and decision has proper documentation behind it.TrustOffice serves trustees who want audit-ready records without paying an attorney for every routine document. It's not legal advice — it's the operational backbone for governing a trust the way it deserves to be governed: with clear records, automatic reminders, and intelligent automation that keeps you ahead of your obligations instead of scrambling to catch up.Based in Heber City, Utah.
