DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a China based company with a Florida address and phone number. They never answer the phone and will not respond to emails. The company website very clearly states that items can be returned by emailing the company to initiate the process, but numerous emails have resulted in absolutely no response. This company is one giant scam.

True forms customer service is trash. I have called 10 times and emailed 10 times trying to get somebody to answer or respond and I have not heard anything from them. My shirts were smaller than expected. They don’t fit me and I bought three of them and I cannot get a hold of anybody to return it so I feel like they’ve stolen $80 from me.

This place sucks. I received it three ordered shirts after 17 days later. Only to find out that they were too small but I followed their size chart. I called and left several messages and several emails and I haven't got any responses nothing from these characters. I've contacted a lawyer who won't cost me a dime and I'll hound them until I get my money back plus I called better Business bureau and I'm going on every place that takes a review and let everybody know this f****** place sucks

Terrible customer service-non-existent is what it really was. No communication WHATSOEVER. NEVER buy from these losers.

I placed an order on 9/5, it has been sitting in order reviewed since then. No idea where the order is as there is no shipping info. I left 2 messages and sent 2 e-mails. No response. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I want a full refund. Totally unacceptable....no customer service

I bought a 3 pack of shirts size large for my husband but they are too small. I ordered by the size guide but the buttons are literally pulling across the chest. I sent an email to exchange to an XL but they do not do returns/exchanges, which is false advertising as the website states to send an email with the order number and they will “guide you through the process “. Their offers are to send a replacement for only ONE of the 3 shirts or offer a discount for the next order. I would’ve bought more items for my husband and sons but they lost a customer for sure.

Ordered leopard print Crocs from Trueform. I saw the advertisement on Instagram. This was supposed to be shipped by “shop” There was no communication but after an email there was a response and then there was a delivery- sadly - ripped off. In “shop” the order status she’s as still waiting for information ….This was not even a cheap copy of what I ordered - I could have picked this up at my local market for £3.99 - absolutely cheap nasty rubbish. Since then there is no communication- I have asked for a return address but there is silence. Do Not Order from these THIEVES!!!!!

BE AWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/BUSINESS!!!

I ordered 5 of the Short Sleeve Muscle Dress Shirts - Stretch Fit in early June 2026. When they arrived, I found they were too short for my torso length and showed my midsection when I raised my arms. I ordered the largest size available (XXL).

Since then (today is June 30, 2026), I’ve been unable to reach anyone consistently for support, via email or telephone. I’ve had some brief contact with someone named Amanda D., thru Instagram messaging. I’m not sure if this representative (rep) was legitimate or not? There were attempts to help, but after following the reps directions there has been very little effort to assist. Below is the TrueForm Refund & Return Policy as copied from their website.
