THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! We really appreciate the support and feedback. It means a tremendous amount to us. We are so happy you like them. Thank you again !
Manufacturing on bowls is not great. There was a rust spot on one bowl and another seems to have poor weld connections. I really like the concept of the bowls but don’t think the production quality equals the cost of the bowls.

We are sorry to hear and we would be happy to replace them free of charge. Please email [email protected] and we will make sure to figure this out. Thank you for the support and feedback.
The packaging to protect the product was great! I love the look and style of the bowls and stand and I am looking forward to getting another set for my other dog:) The lids are a plus since my dog doesn't always finish, so I love that we have this accessory now to cover her bowl when not eating. It will help protect against ants and other debris. The magnets are a plus with keeping the bowls in place and I have not seen anything like it!

Love that you have rebuilt Trot Pets. Was so disappointed when original order from old company never appeared but happy when you started shipping products. My first order was for large bowls as that was the only thing available & they were great but this order was for small bowls which are perfect for my two mini-dachshunds! They are easy to clean, pretty and my girls say thanks for the perfect size! I also appreciate the quick and efficient filling of order!

We ordered 2 sets of bowls with the stands, mats, and bowls. They turned out amazing. Great color, great quality. There was a small defect in one of the water bowls. Contacted customer service. They replied very quickly and sent a new bowl to replace the defected one. Their customer support was amazing. Excited to use these new bowls and would recommend them to all pet owners looking for high quality, customizable bowl sets.
