So glad you like it!
Edited 1/7/25 - I see the company has responded. Unless you are going to either send me my bowls that I ordered or a full refund there is nothing more to discuss as your customer service previously told me “too bad, so sad.” Even when a company switches ownership they take on the debt too - meaning that outstanding orders should be fulfilled instead of taking the money and running. Ordered two bowl sets in 2020-2021 and never received. The company “went out of business” and never provided product or refunds, but did auction products already paid for by customers to pay expenses. Now I see they are back? Where’s my trot bowls that I am still waiting on? They are about 4 years too late…

I placed my order on 12/24… And I won’t receive it until January 7… Inexcusable in today’s digital shopping world

Thank you! We really appreciate it!
Would not recommend. I was hesitant to purchase because of how expensive they are but thought I’d love it because it’s what I’ve been looking for. The magnets aren’t strong. My dog knocks the bowl off every time he eats. Defeats the purpose there. And the customer service is atrocious. I had to reach out to them with 3-4 email attempts before even getting a response back and even then they did not address my feedback. Not a good experience and not a good product. Do not spend your money on this.
