I appreciate you reaching out to early customers that waited over a year under the previous owners. We got a great discount and our shipment arrived in less than a week. You did exactly what your email said you would do. I really like the product quality. I'm glad I got a chance to get more for my other dogs.

We ordered a set of bowls and a stand, but returned them as they weren't the right size for our needs. We were disappointed that the "medium" bowl was actually quite large. The product description on the website does not give specific measurement or dimensions for the bowls, so it was hard to tell what we were actually ordering. Also, I had assumed that the stand would be the same dimensions as the mat, and that the mat would attach snugly to the stand, but they were not the same size and so the mat just rests on top. That said, I was able to return the product and the return process was extremely easy, so I appreciate the great customer service even though the product did not live up to my expectations.

I’ve contacted support multiple times requesting information for how to return and get a refund. The mat does not for flush on the stand and my dogs food gets stuck in between the side wall and obstruction in the puzzle bowl and she cannot eat out of it. The lack of empathy and urgency in response is concerning and disappointing.

I was lucky enough to get my money back from my credit card company so I took a chance on the new owners as it’s hard to find a slow feeder that’s not plastic, and these are the best bowls I’ve seen. They aren’t stamped but so far they wash good and I haven’t seen any rust. They are nicely made. They came super quick too (although I am in CT), I got it within 3 days of my order. I have no complaints. I am happy with my purchase.

This company has really turned things around with their new ownership. They have excellent customer service now and were very accommodating. I highly recommend. Their bowls are great and my handicapped large dog loves her new raised bowl.

The rubber tray was too small for the wooden tray. The slow feeder bowl was too small for my golden retriever. He had a very difficult time getting the food in the smaller crevices. Also the magnet did not hold the bowl on tight enough for my voracious eater

I love trot pets! Not only did the pet eating area in my house get a huge upgrade, but trot pets has been great to do business with. We received our order right away and when the mat didn’t fit the stand perfectly the communication was stellar. They even let me change my stand size and are sending me new ones free of charge. Yay, Trot pets!
