It was so easy to sell my old sell phone. Answered Tronics question. They told me what my cell phone was worth. I agreed and they sent me mailing instructions. Mailed my phone with their mailing label at no cost to me. They received my old cell phone then sent the money just as promised. Quick and easy. Thank you!

Dishonest -- do NOT recommend. I regret using this service. Original quote for $35 value. I mailed my phone with a pristine screen, with a screen protector and padding to protect it for mailing. After 14 days, this was my response: "Brent from TronicsPay.com wrote: Dear customer, your order offer has been adjusted to $15.00. Here are some details about it: screen falling off entirely, needs replaced and re-glued, no email response in over 7 business days." There was never any correspndence or request for a response. After they received the device it was "on hold" status for 10 days, during which my Tronics account dashboard had no updates, I did not receive any emails or texts.
