Tronics PayReviews of tronicspay.com

Efficient and easy way to sell your old Apple Watch, etc. Shipping was slow, but that was possibly weather related. Once my watch was there, it was evaluated and payment to my Venmo account within a couple of days.

The process of sending in the phone was great because of the updates received via text messages. Could offer more money for phones.

Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone. Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up. Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation. I received the agreed amount the next day.

I was skeptical at first and I reached out to customer service to ask about the process and see if this company was legitimate. After a couple of days, I finally decided to sell them a phone that was no longer in use. They received the phone in about 3 days after I sent it and the initial inspection had my phone valued $2 less than what I was expecting. The first email I received in response to me asking for my phone back was tactless. The representative made their argument as to why I should take the lesser offer and included in it about my phone being “very low end”. My initial reaction was #%^*+ but after a manager reached out and called me directly to apologize for the back and forth and pay me the price quoted, I let it go.

Very quick & efficient. Paid me what I was promised.

Overall, my experience was good. However, turnaround time was longer than advertised, which is understandable because of amount of orders and USPS delays. (i.e. gave to USPS on 3/8, received at TronicsPay on 3/14, payment initiated on 3/18, received in bank account on 3/21) However, what I didn't expect was the unnecessarily sassy treatment after I sent an e-mail on 3/17 to simply get an update on my order. At this point, TronicsPay had received my phone 3 days prior, and I had not received so much as an e-mail confirming that it was in their posession. My exact response from a TronicsPay employee when I reached out: "You aren't the only order we have so it takes time man. We will let you know when we get to it. Thanks" Definitely not a scam, and an overall good experience -- this particular employee needs to work on their attitude with customers.

Not a bad payout

Tronics Pay was easy. And quick. They were fair with the price of the cell I sent in. I would recommend them to anyone that's looking to sell Thier old phone..
