They knocked $20 off the payment…
They knocked $20 off the payment because of battery health. We could have easily determined that before I shipped the phone. Seems mildly underhanded…

Cory, you know very clearly why you got less. Our web site terms & conditons clearly say offers are subject to change. Your device did not fully pass inpection because of either of unpaid balance, bad IMEI or other reasons. Even if you chose our competitors, you would not get a full offer. All of them go thru same or similiar inspection process. Your reviews lacks facts, truth and substance.
