They kept notifying me where my package was. The only company that took a nokia 400 5g. Inspection was fast and I was paid promptly. I wish there were other ways of payment options like a gift card or check. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

Received more money than what Apple would have offered as trade in, even when the iPhone XR I sent in got a lower cash payout due to worn battery. They did take over a week after receiving iPad and iPhone to review and payout, experience could be even better if they sent e-mails or one could check online the estimated time of review and payout on any particular order.

Great service

Very communicative and easy to work with. Paid a great price for my phone for the condition it was in, with only a small write-down for replacing the weak battery. I am extremely happy with the service I received and the amount I was paid for my old phone.

Quick and painless process! Got the exact amount they quoted for my smart watch. Free shipping quick and easy payment. Will be selling all of my unneeded electronics here in the future. Vary fair offers for electronics of almost any kind.

Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone. Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up. Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation. I received the agreed amount the next day.

Super easy from start to finish. Once I mailed the phone, texted me on it's progress every step of the way. Payment was also prompt and easy. Would have given them 10 stars if possible.

Tronics offered me the best price for my "retiring" Nokia smartphone. Once I contact them, they continued to provide updates on the current status up to the time of payment. The payment was both easy and fast. I'll be back the next time I have a phone to recycle.
