Very easy to set up and great price

I ordered 3 items, for some reason each item was shipped separately. By time I got second order I got email saying my purchase was complete though usps was still waiting for the item. I contacted your company to make you aware and all you wanted to do was tell me that things were shipped separately as if I didn’t know that. Weeks later I’m still waiting for filler that hasn’t shipped. This time blame placed on 3rd party. Not sure if I will use this company for my growing needs moving forward

Great service

Everything was great except the packing and shipping. Package was properly packed with packing material to prevent items from bouncing around inside the box. Not what you would expect for such fragile and expensive equipment. Mishandling by the carrier led to busted and damaged boxes. On the plus side the representative was quick to try and take care of the matter. Gave me a small refund to make up for it an assured me that if once its was set up and there were any issues the would stand behind it. I will use again for sure.

In a corporate culture customer service and support have become secondary over profits.It is a real pleasure doing business with Trim leaf!They have artificial intelligence as most companies have to have these days,but when you have a problem and pick up the phone you are not greeted with AI You are connected to a knowledgeable person who is versed in delivery services order problems or updates .And they know there product well .
