KD MachineryReviews of kdmachinery.com

KD Machinery has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked directly with Mike Basham, who couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He is well connected in the industry and he handled my sale process impeccably with first class service. Mike is a great communicator and kept me updated with sale progressions in real time. KD Machinery is a very well run business that I highly recommend, and would gladly work with again

I ran across KD Machinery online and clicked a few things and found an inexpensive machine to get started with. I called and talked to Mike Basham. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once I explained my situation experience level (first machine), Mike put my needs ahead of just selling something, and explained that that machine wouldn’t be good for me and to look at newer machines instead of buying a future headache, since I didn’t have the experience to work on it myself. A few months went by while I saved for a newer machine. When the time came, my first call was back to Mike. We worked together to pick out the right machine, then he helped me find a rigger and a shipper. These things are important for us first time buyers and Mike was patient and helpful. Whether you are experienced, or are new to machines, Mike is your guy! Call KD Machinery and get Mike to help you. You’ll be glad you did!

Had a great experience dealing with Bailey on a used machine deal. He was up front with all information they had on the machine and made me a tremendous deal on it. I would recommend him and KD Machinery to anyone looking at some used equipment.

Working with Nick at KD Machinery has been great. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. There were a couple kickups on my end and he guided me through with ease. I would look nowhere other than KD Machinery and specifically Nick if I wanted to sell or purchase any equipment.

Worked with Mike Basham on procuring a HMC with pallet automation and it was an overall great experience. Mike was very easy to work with and helped us coordinate everything from removal to delivery. I would definitely work with Mike and KD Machinery again.

Bailey was very helpful and walked me through my first time buying a used machine. They worked with our independent inspector and were very thoughtful and professional. They even got us a better quote with a freight operator who handled the job wonderfully. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend their services.

Working with Mike Basham was an excellent experience. Selling machines was a new experience for me, but Mike made it easy. His communication and professionalism were at a high level throughout the process. I honestly have nothing but appreciation for how much he helped me get through the process.
