I ordered 10 cases of pint jars and lids from Walmart almost 2 months ago and still have not seen any jars. Packaging Options Direct got me 20 cases of jars and lids in a week. The jars and lid work perfect for all my canning needs. They were very well packed and all arrived in excellent condition. Keep up the great work guys!!

Great site! Easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for. Product came in well packaged and undamaged. I was impressed in the measures taken to safeguard the items I purchased. I will be purchasing from again!

I was unable to see my previous orders. I ordered the wrong bottle and tried to send back. they send your order in a box 3 times the size of the items shipped so it is that much more expensive to ship back. they also charge you a restocking fee. so the items I want to send back, I actually pay the company for not receiving them. they have the worst customer service if you can find something else. do it

Hi MJ, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on your recent order. As we discussed on the phone this situation was mishandled and we have issued you a full refund which you should see in 2-3 business days. We look forward to the opportunity to earn your business back in the future. Best, The Team at Packaging Options Direct

I can always find quality products at a reasonable cost. Never received any broken items in my shipment. If I can give more stars, I would. I recommend you all to shop with them. You will not regret it.
