We're happy you like our quality and prices. That's what we aim for. Thank you.
In a world where nobody answers the phone, nobody but a bot replies obtusely to an email, and customer-service is an anachronism; Trepstar stands apart. They do what they say they'll do. They don't mysteriously overcharge your account. They respond immediately to any correspondence. And, they provide a great service. They are US based and run their business like your neighbor down the street. They are great and I'm lucky I stumbled across them. My film 50 Cents A Dose has been on there for years now, and Trepstar has never missed a beat. AND, they provide all the back-info you'd ever need. Again, they are simply great! RB, Bozeman MT

Thank you so much RB. We are a small business so we can provide a bit more service than the rest. Thank you for staying a loyal customer for so many years.
I have used several of the well known music distribution platforms over the past 12 years for both digital and physical distribution and recently switched to Trepstar for my physical CD fulfillment. I have been highly impressed with the level of service. The turnaround time is excellent and with a very favorable price. Customer service is excellent too with a very quick response to queries. I was forced to find a new physical CD distributor when CD Baby ceased to offer this service, I tried Artglider for a couple of months but was not fully satisfied with their turnaround times and response times to queries. Trepstar have ticked every box for me, I am a very happy Trepstar customer.

Thank you very much. In the last several years we've tried hard to improve service and product quality. I'm glad we compare favorably to those other companies

Thank you so much. We are happy you were satisfied with TrepStar
Got my CD scrathed (still playable, just asthetically ugly) in my two fold, which was crookedly bent, so that the corners don't touch each other. The cover also hade sticky finger prints on it, and the print on the CD itself had airbubles underneath it. First time ordering, and probably won't revisit; feelt very amature.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. It's true that sometimes the two panel folded artwork packaging option can get misaligned but we try to avoid that as much as possible. We could send you a new one. The folded 2 panel EcoPack packaging is designed to be a low cost mailing option and is not meant to look as professional as a traditional CD or DVD case which costs more to produce and ship but looks better. I would like to see a picture of the CD with bubbles underneath. This sounds like a shipping problem. I’ve never heard of that and is not something that would normally occur with our printing process. However, damage to the disc can occur if the post office mishandles it. Also, the quality of the artwork printing depends on the quality of the original images. We could look into whether the original artwork had high enough resolution. The low cost, low quantity production that we offer is great for most publishers but does not allow us time to proof and make sure things look perfect. This is why most other CD/DVD copy companies have minimum quantity orders (25 or 50 or more) so they can charge enough to pay for support and setup costs. We let publishers serve themselves and order as little as a single copy which is perfect for many publishers but not all.
5/3/2023 Just received my DVD order from Trepstar! Everything was perfect! Being a 1st time customer I had a lot of questions! Especially about the on screen quality I wanted. I had some misunderstandings about this. We had a lengthy discussion, discussed art work and got an order started. They walked me thru every step! And answered my questions. I paid for expedited DVD Burn and shipping and they met my timing! I highly recommend Trepstar for your DVD, art & packaging needs! Larry D Athens, Michigan
