Product worked, while ariving in poor condition.
Got my CD scrathed (still playable, just asthetically ugly) in my two fold, which was crookedly bent, so that the corners don't touch each other. The cover also hade sticky finger prints on it, and the print on the CD itself had airbubles underneath it. First time ordering, and probably won't revisit; feelt very amature.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. It's true that sometimes the two panel folded artwork packaging option can get misaligned but we try to avoid that as much as possible. We could send you a new one. The folded 2 panel EcoPack packaging is designed to be a low cost mailing option and is not meant to look as professional as a traditional CD or DVD case which costs more to produce and ship but looks better. I would like to see a picture of the CD with bubbles underneath. This sounds like a shipping problem. I’ve never heard of that and is not something that would normally occur with our printing process. However, damage to the disc can occur if the post office mishandles it. Also, the quality of the artwork printing depends on the quality of the original images. We could look into whether the original artwork had high enough resolution. The low cost, low quantity production that we offer is great for most publishers but does not allow us time to proof and make sure things look perfect. This is why most other CD/DVD copy companies have minimum quantity orders (25 or 50 or more) so they can charge enough to pay for support and setup costs. We let publishers serve themselves and order as little as a single copy which is perfect for many publishers but not all.
