My wife’s seat from msp wasn’t updated when we check in at the terminal, but mine was. Maybe because of some flight change. The other flight seats were fine.

Franklin has helped me so much for switching my flight due to a family emergency. He went above and beyond to find me a flight at the last moment and gave me a direct line to call him back. Even when he was on break I left a voicemail and he was very prompt about calling me back. He certainly is a valuable employee. Mary assisted me with directing me to the review page and was very patient about helping me with emails and links.
