Wil patiently listened to our problem and helped us work out a reasonable solution. He also assured us that we could contact him directly if we needed further assistance. Since we are senior citizens we really appreciated that. However I am very sorry to say he was NOT AVAILABLE when we called back that same day. So i think we were fooled.

Given the situation of my wife breaking her arm at the end of our vacation and in tremendous pain, I was disappointed that I needed to pay additional money to change flights. I have been a united member for over 30 years and have a United credit card. I currently have over 650,000 miles. Just was disappointing after a very stressful day.

Excellent service from Sara and Rose who helped me complete my reservation made difficult by my inexperience with phone and my hearing difficulties. Good job all!
