Ariana was very helpful in booking a flight under an emergency situation! She helped ensure that I was able to book the earliest flight out of the location I was in, very grateful for the help!

The girls at the customer service were exceptional with their knowledge and patience helping me through the process. They made this experience much easier to complete, answered all of my questions and concerns and I feel much more confident about my upcoming travels. They were extremely professional and and expressed a true willingness to make sure that all of my questions and uncertainties were dealt with in a kind and pleasurable manner. I happened on Trustpilot as I was trying on my own to book around-the-world tickets. I found Ariana through an airlines website. She helped me tremendously, and I think she saved me a lot of money. Ariana was patient, resourceful, and willing to work with my list of 15 cities in the order I wanted o visit. Thank you.

Franklin was the agent who helped me enormously. I had a problem with a layover because Delta kept switching the times and he spent time trying many different ways to help me and listened in such a caring way and was able to solve my problem (which at moments seemed unsolvable). I am grateful for his time, humanity, expertise, professionalism and perseverance. Thank you so much, Franklin.
