Jake sent the e-ticket to me in a timely fashion. While working for this horrible company, he explained all the small print that no one ever reads. Spent way too much money on a flight that should have cost half of what they charged.

Finally, Jake helped, thank you very much! I made a mistake in dates of flights, realized in 10 min, called the first time the agent lied that he canceled the order said to wait for confirmation email within 5-10 min, I waited half an hour - nothing, I dont remember the name of FIRST AGENT unfortunately, but can be tracked, I am sure! It is a DOT Law in America, you have 24h to cancel the tickets you just bought. I would fire a LIAR AGENT, not acceptable in this country!
