Jake was amazing

Sharon assisted with my request to follow up on a mixup travel arrangements. She was courteous & prompt.

Jake sent the e-ticket to me in a timely fashion. While working for this horrible company, he explained all the small print that no one ever reads. Spent way too much money on a flight that should have cost half of what they charged.

Sharon was helpful in getting my boarding passes, but I did not receive my boarding passes 24 hours prior to my flight and had to reach out to receive them.
