travelio.comReviews of travelio.com

I handed my apartment over to Travelio for management a year ago. Within then, I found significant damage: Refrigerator: under 3 years old, broken within a year of Travelio taking over. AC unit: leaking, with water damage as a result. Kitchen cabinets: veneer cover ripped apart. Front door: keys were changed without owners agreement. Toilet door: lock was broken and unable to be used at all. All of this damage occurred less than a year after Travelio managed the property. When I raised this, Travelio management never came back to me. Only silence. They are paid to manage property, take commissions from renters but what they do is just marketing. I never agreed to have my property managed by a MARKETER. Travelio management are morons who only want to rip off property owners for their own gain. All of the damage above, by contract and law, has to be paid by the party who caused them ie. the causer. Travelio instead charge all damages to property owners. Owners hand over their property based on trust. In my case, the care and accountability I expected weren't there. If you're considering a property manager, I'd suggest: document the unit's condition with dated photos before handover, get a written inventory, and clarify in the contract who pays for damage. The best recommendation would be to NOT use Travelio at all.

worst experience i ever have and I don't know why this app still exist in website (should be banned). everything is bad, the unit apartment it self so dirty and old, the facilities, check in late, customer service not helpful, you cannot refund or change unit or just ask prorate money if you don't like it, so its like scammer, the price looks cheap in the beginning but actually is more expensive then other site.

I am one of the property owners who entrusted my units to Travelio. They don't care about you as an owner; they don't actively market your property—they simply list it on their site. When you try to discuss issues with customer service, they offer no real solutions, merely promising a "booster" that you can't even verify is actually being applied. When my property sat vacant for over three months and I requested a discussion, they refused twice. Yet, when I finally terminated my contract with them, they tried to lure me back with a 300,000 IDR booster package—something they *should* have provided when I first complained about the vacancy. It was extremely disappointing. I have since withdrawn my two properties from their platform. And when I terminated the contract, I was charged over 1 million [IDR] citing "wear and tear," yet the repairs were not neatly executed by the Travelio team. They can go ahead and spend heavily on aggressive advertising now, but word-of-mouth remains the most effective form of promotion.

Pengaturan jadwal roomboy sangat mengecewakan dan berantakan (kedatangan tidak tepat jam dan reschedule berkali2x , merugikan customer)

it's a scam company. they will make you wait hours on check in, demand you send all your personal and bank details to them. do not use

this is honestly the worst site ive ever used please make yourself a favor and stay away do not use this, worst costumer service ever it takes 3 days to solve any problem, im currently trying to check in and they are not responding to my texts and keep refereeing me to a person that should have contacted me but didn’t

Honestly - would give them zero stars if possible - never book with this company. They cancelled / rescheduled twice and they were advertising then switching appartments, the room boy never arrived with the keys and only replied 4 hours later, there was no wifi, really bad phone reception and rubbish customer service..... Zero stars

Creating this account just for this review. The experience is terrible. The initial prices are good but that is it. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and they lie and gaslight you into things that never happened or delay "investigations" for weeks with no respect to the customer. I still have not received my deposit back after several weeks and they keep on inventing charges and claims. Shameless behavious. Absolutely the worst type of scammy company. I have now had to file chargebacks with my bank to get my money back to avoid dealing with their terrible customer service. Also I saw that they just added a 5 star review on my behalf on the platform which is fake and seems super shady and scummy.
