I hear you on this, Melissa! Price is a real concern, especially when you’ve already spent money on things that didn’t work… that’s frustrating as hell. But here’s the honest truth from our side… we intentionally don’t price this like a “cheap trial” product. Most supplements out there are cheaper for a reason, they cut corners on ingredients, use weaker forms (like low-grade glucosamine), or underdose everything so it looks affordable upfront… but ends up costing more long-term when it doesn’t actually help. We went the opposite direction. Higher quality ingredients, properly dosed, and tested to a level most dog supplements don’t even attempt. That’s what actually gives dogs a real shot at improvement. And on the “3-month trial” point, we actually agree with you more than you might think. That’s exactly why we have our 90-day money-back guarantee: https://tratez.com/pages/guarantee We want people to give it a real shot over time, because joint, skin, or gut issues don’t just disappear overnight… they build up over months or years, and they take consistency to improve. If it doesn’t help after that? You get your money back. No pressure to continue. No tricks. At the end of the day, we’re not trying to be the cheapest option, we’re trying to be the one that actually works when everything else hasn’t. If you ever want help figuring out if it’s the right fit for your dog, we’re always here to talk it through 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

Hi there — thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear this was frustrating for you. 💛 First, regarding the chew itself — some pups can definitely be picky with new supplements at first. Mixing it with peanut butter or food (like you tried) is actually something many dog parents do while their dog gets used to the taste. That said, we completely understand how disappointing it feels when you’re hoping to see changes quickly and don’t notice improvement right away. With skin issues especially, they often take time to improve because the skin barrier needs time to rebuild from the inside out. Many dogs don’t start showing visible changes until several weeks of consistent use. Regarding the subscription and cancellation experience — we’re really sorry if that wasn’t clear or felt difficult. That’s never the experience we want for our customers. Our support team is always happy to help make changes, cancellations, or refunds as smooth as possible. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our team directly so we can make this right for you. We’d truly appreciate the chance to help. 💛 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

We’re really sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating it must have felt. That’s never the impression we want to leave. We don’t want anyone receiving products they didn’t intend to order, and we also understand concerns around returns, shipping costs, and subscription timing. It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication here, and we’d truly appreciate the chance to review your account and make sure everything was handled correctly. Please reach out to our support team directly with your order details so we can take a closer look and work toward a fair resolution. We take feedback like this seriously and are always looking to improve how we serve our customers. — Mo & the TRATEZ team

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your hack — that coffee grinder tip is super smart, and we know it’ll help other dog parents with picky eaters. 🐾 That’s why we’re a little surprised to see a 1-star rating attached to your review. From what you shared, it sounds like you found a workable solution and haven’t had a negative experience with the product itself. Of course, you’re absolutely entitled to your rating — we just want to make sure it reflects your actual experience, since reviews are such an important guide for other dog parents. Either way, thank you again for giving TRATEZ a try and for helping us improve. We’re hopeful you’ll start seeing results with your pup in the coming weeks, and we’re cheering you both on. 💕 With gratitude, Mo & The TRATEZ Team

Hey there 💛 First off — thank you for giving both the chews a shot, and I’m so glad to hear the Hip & Joint ones are helping your pup feel better 🐾 That alone makes our hearts happy. As for the Skin & Coat chews — I totally get the frustration. Itching is the worst, and it can feel defeating when relief doesn’t come fast enough. That said, they’re designed to work from the inside out by rebuilding the skin barrier — and for many dogs, that process can take the full 30-60 days to really kick in (especially if the irritation’s been going on a long time). – Mo & the TRATEZ Pack

Hey Esther 💛 I’m so sorry for all the frustration this caused. We’re a small team that takes pride in getting orders out quickly and reliably, so when something like this happens — even if it’s out of our hands — it still hits us hard. It looks like DHL finally delivered your original package (way later than what we’d ever consider acceptable 😞), and we also rushed out a replacement the moment you reached out — which got to you just a few days ago. So while we know it doesn’t erase the headache, we hope having double the product helps soften the experience just a bit. Please know we’re always here to help — and would have jumped in sooner if we’d known. Bad reviews really sting for small, heart-led businesses like ours, especially when we’re trying to do right by every pup and parent. But more importantly, we just want you to feel taken care of. If there’s anything else we can do, just say the word. We’re rooting for your pup’s healing and hoping you’ll give us a second chance to make it right 🐾 With care, Mo & the Tratez team

It's crazy to me that.. even after you were told this message was sent to you in error by a junior staff member, and even after you were refunded the full amount, you still left this review.. Wish you all the best.

Hey Lisa - not sure if you meant to leave this review for TRATEZ or a different treat or supplement you purchased. The reason I say this is because our chews do not even come in the shape of 'bones' so I am very confused at your statement "all the bones are different sizes"
